My Pilates workouts will help you connect with your core and make it STRONG. Once you build awareness of how your core works and how to strengthen it using proper form, all other strength training and workout goals will begin to fall into place!

I work 1:1 with my clients to achieve their strength and fitness goals. Here’s various services I offer:

πŸ’« 1:1 Pilates training session using the Pilates reformer, mat, tower, chair, TRX, BOSU, resistance bands, weights and more!

πŸ’« Partner sessions (up to 2 people max) of either Pilates, strength training, or a combo of both

πŸ’« HIIT & Cardio Pilates workouts (combo of cardio + strength)
